Inside fit or face fit blinds: which should you choose?
Fit changes how the blind sits in the architecture, how much light reaches the edges and whether the window remains clear when the blind is raised.

What is an inside fit?
An inside-fit blind sits within the window reveal. It gives a neat integrated look and leaves the architrave visible, provided the reveal is deep, square and clear of handles.
What is a face fit?
A face-fit blind mounts to the wall or architrave in front of the opening. It can cover an uneven reveal, clear projecting handles and reduce side light when there is generous overlap.
Measure the fit you intend to order
For inside fit, record width at the top, middle and bottom and drop at the left, centre and right. For face fit, measure the total area the blind should cover. Keep every window labelled and work in exact millimetres.
Compare the full made-to-measure collection, then check the window measuring guide before ordering.
